Free shipping with orders over $100
Time Frame:Items must be received back no later than 15 business days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan for 5-7 days for transit time. Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return. If the return is denied, you will need to call to pay for it to be shipped back to you.
Store credit will be issued to the customer account. In order to receive store credit, The item
must be returned with tags attached and in original condition. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: deodorant stains, make-up stains, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, etc.
- We are not responsible for return shipping cost.
-Credit is only valid for one year from issue date.
-All items on “sale” are final.
-Please make sure to have an account created on the site to make credit process quick and easy!
Steps to Return Items:
● Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
● Make sure to create a customer account.
● Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be covering the
shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs)
● Please allow 3-6 business days for your return to be processed.
